Our sourcing, procurement and consultancy services offer a complete end-to-end cross-market solution for international buyers. As part of our process, we buy directly for our clients, dealing with all the liaison, finances, and administration including delivery and installation.

Our process starts with an initial meeting where we discuss our clients’ project and requirements. We source high-quality Italian textiles, furniture, home fixtures and fittings, and a range of luxury goods on behalf of clients. The products, finishes, timing, budget, location and delivery are discussed and we develop a scope of work.

On appointment and once the instruction is confirmed in writing, we initiate a product search across our extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers in Italy and further abroad if required. We are proactive in seeking out high quality manufacturers across Italy and Europe to meet the requirements of our clients.

Extensive supplier relations are undertaken to understand timelines and establish the feasibility of any bespoke and custom-made pieces. Costs are confirmed for the options we have identified, and we proceed to select manufacturers that can meet the standards and specifications of our clients.

We organise supplier visits with clients to see manufacturing premises, showrooms and workshops, and see their work first-hand. We lead the negotiation process on behalf of our clients, advising and assisting them in their choices, securing the best prices and leveraging discounts through our relationships.

Once costs are confirmed, the furniture is put into production. We oversee the quality control, production timelines and approval processes liaising with manufacturers on any customisations. In the interim, all the certifications and documentation required for shipping and customs control are prepared and shipping confirmed.

Clients receive one single invoice for the goods, delivery and fees ahead of shipment. Using our consolidated network of shipping and logistics companies, all goods are transported in one shipment to the end destination. Final approval is confirmed with each client once the goods have been delivered and installed by our teams.
