How we work

Our process starts with an initial meeting – held either face-to-face or remotely – where we discuss our clients’ project and requirements. We can source high-quality Italian textiles, furniture, home fixtures and fittings, and a range of luxury goods on behalf of clients. The products, finishes, timing, budget, location and delivery are discussed in detail and we develop a scope of work.

On appointment and once the instruction is confirmed in writing, we initiate a product search across our extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers in Italy and further abroad if required. We are proactive in seeking out high quality manufacturers across Italy and Europe to meet the requirements of our clients.

Extensive supplier relations are undertaken to understand timelines and establish the feasibility of any bespoke and custom-made pieces. Costs are confirmed for the options we have identified, and we proceed to select manufacturers that can meet the standards and specifications of our clients.

We organise supplier and manufacturer visits with clients to see manufacturing premises, showrooms and workshops, and see their work first-hand. We lead the negotiations on behalf of our clients, advising and assisting them in their choices and securing the best prices and leveraging favourable discounts though our relationships.

Once costs are confirmed, we confirm that the furniture is to be put into production with the chosen suppliers and oversee the quality control, production timelines and approval processes with the manufacturers. We liaise with the manufacturers on any customisations or bespoke items. In the interim, all the certifications and documentations required for shipping and customs control are prepared and shipping confirmed.

Clients receive one single invoice for the goods, delivery and fees ahead of final shipment of all the pieces of furniture and fittings we have sourced for them. Using our consolidated network of shipping and logistics companies, all goods are transported in one shipment to the end destination. Final approval is confirmed with each client once the goods have been delivered and installed by our teams.
